BJC HealthCare (SM)


1 small apple
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
A pinch of ground cinnamon.

Peel the apple and chop it into little pieces (throw the core away). Combine the apple and lemon juice in the blender. Blend until they are smooth. Stir in the sugar and the cinnamon. Eat immediately or put into covered container and chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat.
