Broccoli is a vegetable superstar, overflowing with vitamins.
In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, sauté onions in oil until tender. Add garlic and stir. Add stock, broccoli, potatoes, parsley and tarragon. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream.
