This cool, no-bake dessert uses any summer fruits.

ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt

cup applesauce
8
ounces crushed pineapple in juice, well drained
1
cup blueberries
1
banana, thinly sliced
1/4
cup coconut, toasted and flaked
2
tablespoons almonds, toasted and slivered
In large bowl, whisk together yogurt and applesauce. Fold in pineapple, blueberries, bananas, coconut and almonds. Chill. If desired, sprinkle with low-fat granola.
