1/3 cup all-fruit apricot preserves
1lemon rind, grated
1lime rind, grated
1tablespoon lemon juice
1tablespoon lime juice
6cups melon chunks
1cup halved strawberries

In a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, bring preserves, lemon rind, lime rind, lemon juice and lime juice to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes. Transfer to large bowl. Refrigerate 5 minutes Add melons and strawberries. Toss well. Serve in dessert bowls.
