These individual tarts are easy to prepare because they don't need a piecrust. Simply double ingredients for two.
Preheat oven to 400. In medium bowl, mix tuna, eggs, sour cream, mustard and oregano. Coat a 2-cup casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add breadcrumbs, and swirl to coat evenly.
