BJC HealthCare icon Tuna Tarts for One or Two

These individual tarts are easy to prepare because they don't need a piecrust. Simply double ingredients for two.

3 1/2ounces drained and flaked water-packed tuna
1/2cup fat-free egg substitute
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1tablespoon seasoned dry breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 400. In medium bowl, mix tuna, eggs, sour cream, mustard and oregano. Coat a 2-cup casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add breadcrumbs, and swirl to coat evenly. Add the tuna mixture. Bake 25 minutes until firm.

215 calories, 2.8 grams fat, 42 mg. cholesterol, 614 mg. sodium
